Elimination Finals St Kilda FC Qualified For, But Didn't Play In: St Kilda FC played in the first 2 League Finals labelled Elimination Finals in 1972 and 1973. The Saints won both against the same opponent on both occasions, Essendon: 1972 ~ 124 - 71 (on the way to what is now officially a Premiership) 1973 ~ 158 - 91. The latter was one of the last two Finals games before St Kilda FC started getting violated in more distressingly violent ways, particularly from orbit, for no valid reason (a lunatic opposition teams "free choice" after being offered access to something "up there in the sky" to cheat with in a deal with terrorists). The Saints Own the Longest Winning Run in Pre-Season Cup History: St Kilda FC really went on the longest undefeated run in the Pre-Season Cup (1988 to 2013 - 26 seasons) in League History. It included The Saints 4 Ansett Australia Cup Premierships in a row officially in 1996, 1997, 1998 & 1999 (that should have been 5 in a row '95-'99). St Kilda FC won 18 Ansett Cup Games in a row, including disqualifications that were games St Kilda won anyway (they pretended The Saints lost) in '97, '98, & '99. Since: 1964 To Be Blunt: The scores have been corruptly wrong against St Kilda FC by a minimum of 30 points (usually 30 points) versus Geelong FC at Kardinia Park every game The Saints have played there since 1964. Motive: They've been attempting to force people to suspect St Kilda FC was involved in attempting to assassinate JFK in Dallas, November 1963. Connection?: ST.K compared to JFK? No actual logical reasons, it is that weak. Conclusion: St Kilda FC had nothing to do with it (the assassination attempt). They still pretend we have to look suspicious, and others have to go "mmmmm, maybe St Kilda FC had something to do with that" every year we play there and the scores are corruptly incorrect.
